The email
Highlighted {{first_name}} and {{next_sessions}} are filled in per person — if a placeholder loses its highlight while editing, it's broken. Goes out as Dan Thomas <dan@danthomas.co> with your signature, not as Breakfast Club. Replies come to you.
Resend's free plan sends 100 emails a day, and post-session thank-yous come out of the same 100.

Default thank-you email
Prefilled in the Sessions tab each week; you can still tweak it per send.
Placeholders: {{first_name}} and {{next_sessions}}. A placeholder with no highlight is a typo.
Links: [your words](https://example.com). A bare web address links itself.
Upcoming sessions block
What {{next_sessions}} expands to: heading, the next three dates, then the call to action.
e.g. 3 → "(only 3 spots left)" appears at 3 or fewer; plenty of room says nothing; full says "(full)".
Breakfast Club booking confirmation
Sent automatically the moment someone pays for a session. Nobody approves it first, so send yourself a test before saving.
Placeholders: {{first_name}},
{{session_word}} (set its two forms below),
{{sessions}} and
{{booking_page}}, each on its own line: they expand into blocks, not words.
To word the booking-page line yourself, use
{{booking_url}} instead, inside a link:
Not on Google? [Grab the .ics]({{booking_url}}) instead.
If a placeholder loses its highlight, it's broken.

Workshop booking confirmation
Sent automatically when someone buys a workshop place. The masthead uses the workshop's own name, not Breakfast Club.
Placeholders: {{first_name}},
{{workshop}},
{{schedule}},
{{venue}},
{{capacity}},
{{refund}}, and
{{sessions}} on its own line.
Links: [your words](https://example.com). A bare web address links itself.
Email signature
Used by every email this dashboard sends. Save, then use the test button below to see it both ways.
Emails you send (Email tab) go out as Dan Thomas <dan@danthomas.co>, plain, with the full signature below.
Automated emails (booking confirmations, post-session thank-yous) go out as Dan Thomas <bookings@danthomas.co> in the branded template, with a compact version of it: name, role and website only. Same name, different address: keeping receipts on bookings@ stops them landing in the middle of a real conversation on dan@.
Must be a JPEG or PNG on a public URL. Outlook and some Android clients don't render WebP, so the site's .webp headshots can't be used here.
Shown in italics between two short rules, the way your normal signature has it. Personal sends only.
Leave any of these empty to drop that line. Personal sends only.
Two emails: the compact signature as it appears under a receipt, and the full one as it appears under a note you send. The whole point of the structured signature is that it renders two ways, so one sample can't show you both.
