Warm-Up Exercises
Warm-ups set the tone for everything that follows. A good warm-up raises energy, builds connection between players, and helps the group transition from everyday thinking into an improv mindset.
The exercises below are designed to be used in the first 5–10 minutes of a session. They work best when they’re simple, physical, and low-pressure — the goal is to get everyone moving and responding, not to produce great scenes.
